Who We Are

As a data controller, we are committed to protecting your privacy and security, and independently determine the processing purposes and methods in personal information processing activities.

Information We Collect and How We Collect It

The types of personal information we collect depend on your interactions with us, the specific services you use, and applicable legal obligations. We only gather information that is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of our products and services, as well as to enhance your overall experience with the application. Below is a detailed breakdown of the data we collect and the corresponding purposes for collection.

2.1 Information Collected Automatically

  • 1. Device Data

As you use our services, we may automatically collect certain types of information. This includes your Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile network operator details, and mobile advertising-related identifiers—specifically, persistent identifiers such as the iOS Vendor Identifier (IDFV), Google Advertising ID (GAID) for Android devices, or Android ID. Additionally, we may collect other unique device identifiers, device specifications, Internet Service Provider (ISP) information, language preferences, time zone data, and the version of our application you are using.

  • 2. Usage Information

This includes the pages you access prior to, during, and after using our application’s services, the types of content you interact with, the frequency and duration of your activities, as well as other relevant details regarding your usage of our services.

  • 3. App crash information diagnosis

In the event of an app crash or technical malfunction, we may collect diagnostic data to assist in identifying and resolving the issue promptly. Such information may include specific details of the crash, device model and configuration specifications, as well as relevant system logs.

  • 4. MANAGE_ALL_FILES_ACCESS_PERMISSION

As a file reader app, we need to fully access and read all file resources on the user's mobile device, so we apply for MANAGE_ALL_FILES_ACCESS_PERMISSION from you. You can reject this application, but it may result in you being unable to use certain products and services.

2.2 Information You Provide Directly to Us

  • 1. Currently, creating an account is not required to use the App, you can access all core features without registration. We will update this section promptly once the account creation feature is made available.
  • 2. Your Communications with Us. We may collect Personal Information from you, such as an email address, when you request information about our Services, customer or technical support, or otherwise communicate with us.

2.3 What We Don't Collect

Our app does not request READ_PHONE_ STATE or READ_PHONE_NUMBERS permissions, and does not collect phone numbers, IMEI, or SIM card information. However, integrated third-party SDKs (such as AppLovin and Pangle) may try to access relevant data for advertising purposes.

We do not collect sensitive personal information from you by default—including your full name, email address, financial account details (e.g., bank account numbers, credit card information), biometric data, or precise geographic location. Such sensitive information will only be collected if you explicitly provide it voluntarily to use specific, optional features of the Loan Calculator (e.g., saving calculation history to a personal account, receiving detailed repayment reports via email where applicable).

2.4 How we collect data

  • 1. Directly from users: We collect information that you voluntarily provide or authorize to ensure the core function operates properly. This includes data you input to complete calculations (such as loan amount, interest rate, loan term, and repayment method) and permissions you may grant (e.g., storage permission for saving calculation results, or sharing permission for forwarding calculation reports). All collected information is limited to what is necessary for the app’s core functionality and your explicit consent is always required for permission-based data collection.
  • 2. Through third-party services: We use Firebase, a tool provided by Google LLC, to process certain data (see for details in Chapter 5).

2.5 Anonymization of data

Your data will be stored and processed in an anonymous or pseudonymous form to the greatest extent possible. Except in cases where we may collect non-identifiable technical information (e.g., device type, operating system version) solely for analyzing technical issues (such as app crashes) to improve service stability, we will not use any collected data to personally identify you.

How We Use Collected Data

By integrating and analyzing the information we have about you, we can better understand your usage and interaction with our services, thereby providing, personalizing, and improving our services. Specific uses include:

  • 1. Analyze and measure how you use the Services so we can maintain, improve, and develop related features, content, and services.
  • 2. By analyzing crash issues, we will strive to improve product and service performance and stability, reduce the probability of crashes, and optimize user service experience.
  • 3. Communicating with you through the contact information you provide, responding to your requests, comments, and questions.
  • 4. Help advertisers and publishers connect to serve relevant ads on their apps and websites.
  • 5. Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, or illegal activities.
  • 6. To personalize advertising to you and measure its effectiveness.

Data Retention and Deletion

We take the storage and protection of your personal information extremely seriously and implement robust security measures to safeguard it. All user information collected through our services is stored and processed on the Google Firebase platform—a trusted service with a secure, industry-leading infrastructure specifically designed for data storage and protection. We adopt comprehensive safeguards to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your personal information.

During data transmission, we utilize SSL/TLS encryption protocols and AES encryption for content protection, ensuring that your information remains secure and inaccessible to unauthorized parties while in transit. Data at rest is stored on secure servers managed by Firebase, with strict access control mechanisms implemented to restrict server access to authorized personnel only.

Additionally, we enforce commercially reasonable security practices to enhance protection—for example, requiring unique password-based identity verification prior to granting account access (where applicable). However, it is important to note that no digital security system can guarantee absolute security. We cannot warrant or ensure that information transmitted or stored via our services will be entirely immune to security threats, nor can we guarantee that such information will not be accessed, disclosed, tampered with, or destroyed due to unforeseen security breaches, technological vulnerabilities, or actions by third parties beyond our reasonable control.

About Storage Period

To determine the appropriate retention period for your personal information, we consider multiple factors, including applicable legal and regulatory requirements, the volume, nature, and sensitivity of the information, as well as potential storage risks. For our Loan Calculator service, any data you input (e.g., loan parameters) or generate (e.g., calculation results) is only retained for the period necessary to fulfill the service’s core functions—such as temporarily caching results for your immediate review. No user data will be stored on our servers beyond what is required to deliver the requested service.

While we implement robust security measures to protect your information, no online service can be guaranteed 100% secure. We therefore encourage you to take proactive responsibility for safeguarding your account credentials (including passwords and associated email communications, where applicable). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account access information when using our services.

We recommend adopting general internet safety practices to protect your personal information—such as using a secure, up-to-date web browser and avoiding sharing account details with third parties. This helps maintain the confidentiality of your account and controls authorized access to our services. Please note that we are not liable for the security practices, policies, or data protection measures of any third-party services or platforms linked to or used in conjunction with our applications or services.

About Deleting User Information

If a user chooses to delete an account from the service, all relevant user data (including account information and user-generated content) will be deleted from our system immediately in principle. This deletion operation is permanent and irreversible - after the account is deleted, the user data cannot be restored. Before initiating the account deletion process, be sure to back up all important information in advance.

Third-Party Data Processing

To deliver personalized advertising, conduct product analytics, and optimize our services, certain third-party service providers (including their partners) may collect, receive, process, or transfer information related to your use of our services—including personal and non-personal data. Such processing will only occur with your explicit consent, unless these third parties have another valid legal basis for data processing under applicable regulations.

By using our Loan Calculator services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of service and privacy policies of the following third-party providers. These providers—including data analytics partners and advertising service providers (as applicable)—act as independent data controllers for your personal information. You may access their respective privacy statements via provided hyperlinks to learn about their specific data processing practices. We shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, or data processing activities of these third-party service providers.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We will not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent. Generally speaking, we only share your information in the following circumstances:

  • (1) Sharing with service providers: We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who will use the information to help us provide our services. This includes providers that provide us with IT support, cloud storage, analytical tools, and crash reporting services. These third-party providers are contractually obligated to protect the confidentiality and security of your information
  • (2) Advertising partners: We may share your personal information with advertising partners (who may be group or third parties). These advertising partners may set up technical and other tracking tools in our services to collect information about your activities and devices (for example, your IP address, cookie identifiers, pages visited, location, time) and provide you with personalized ads based on this information.
  • (3) Disclosure for fraud prevention: When we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent or respond to suspected illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • (4) Disclosure for law enforcement purposes and public safety: User personal information may also be disclosed in accordance with legal requirements of government agencies to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Important Supplements
  1. Device Information and Permission Statement

Our app does not request or use any sensitive permissions, such as READ_PHONE_ STATE (read device status) and READ_PHONE_NUMBERS (read phone number); we do not actively collect private data such as mobile phone numbers, IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) and SIM card related information. Our integrated advertising SDKs (such as AppLovin or Pangle) may attempt to access certain device information (such as advertising identifiers, device models, etc.) for advertising delivery and optimization. Such data collection is handled by the third-party SDK itself, and its privacy policy may be independent of our app policy.

  2. Collection and use of installed app information

As an Android launcher app, we need to obtain information about the apps installed on your device (including app name, package name, version number, etc.) to provide the following core functions: app drawer management, app quick launch, app sorting and classification. This data is only stored locally on your device and will not be uploaded to our servers. However, please note that third-party advertising SDKs (AppLovin, Pangle) may access this information to monitor and optimize advertising performance and avoid repeated promotion of installed apps. All data communications are encrypted via HTTPS transmission, and the collected information is anonymized and cannot be directly associated with personal identity.

However, please note that certain third-party advertising SDKs integrated into our Loan Calculator (such as AppLovin and Pangle) may access this type of device app information. Their purpose for collecting this data is to monitor and optimize advertising performance, as well as to avoid delivering duplicate promotions for apps you already have installed.

All data transmissions related to these third-party SDKs are encrypted via HTTPS to ensure security in transit. Additionally, the information collected by these SDKs is processed in an anonymized manner and cannot be directly linked to your personal identity.

  3. Dynamic code loading technology statement

Our application does not use any dynamic code loading technology, including DexClassLoader, DelegateLastClassLoader and InMemoryDexClassLoader. However, some third-party advertising service provider SDKs (such as AppLovin, Facebook Ads and Pangle) may use dynamic code loading technology under the premise of complying with platform policies, mainly for: optimizing advertising effects and meeting the compliance requirements of advertising platforms. All dynamically loaded codes run in a sandbox environment to ensure isolation, and SDK providers perform integrity verification to prevent malicious code injection. These technologies are only used for functional requirements and will not be used to bypass any compliance checks.

  4. Aggregate and de-identified data

We may share aggregated, anonymized or de-identified data with third parties for research, marketing or other commercial purposes. Such data does not contain any personally identifiable information.

We are committed to minimizing data collection and ensuring that all data processing complies with privacy protection standards. While we do not collect sensitive information ourselves, third-party ad SDKs may have independent data processing practices. We recommend that you review their privacy policies for more details. All data is stored and transmitted encrypted and anonymized to protect your privacy.

Your Private Rights

In certain circumstances, you may exercise the following rights under applicable data protection laws.

(1) Right of access: You may review the content of your personal data that we hold.
(2) Right of rectification: You may request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
(3) Right of erasure: You may request erasure of your data where the conditions are met.
(4) Right to object or restrict processing: You may object to our processing of your personal data, request that we restrict processing of your personal data, or request portability of your personal data.
(5) Right to data portability: You may obtain your personal data in a machine-readable format.
(6) Right to withdraw consent: If we have collected and processed your personal data with your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. This may mean that your access to certain services will be limited or denied.
(7) Right to complain: In addition, you have the right to complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal data. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority.

We respond to requests from all individuals who wish to exercise their data protection rights under applicable data protection laws. We strive to process within 30 days, but complex requests may take longer.

Please note that since most data is anonymized, we may need specific device details to process your request. For Firebase or advertising-related data, we may forward your request to the appropriate third-party (e.g. Google LLC, AppLovin).

Why We Collect Device Application List Information

As an Android launcher product, one of its core necessary functions is to display and manage all applications on the user's device, so it is necessary to obtain a list of applications installed on the device. The main application scenarios include:

(1) Display all installed applications in user-friendly interfaces such as the launcher drawer and negative one screen
(2) Provide easy access to all applications
(3) Allow users to create shortcuts to add application icons to the home screen
(4) Support global search for installed applications

Please Note:

(1) Starting from Android 11 (API 30), Google has restricted the behavior of applications reading the list of installed applications.

(2) The default permission (GET_INSTALLED_APPS) provided by the system can only read part of the application information.

(3) If necessary, we will request the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission from you to provide a complete application information display service. You can choose to allow or deny.

All personal information processed by us, our advertising partners, our Group or our service providers may be transferred, processed and stored anywhere in the world, including but not limited to the United States or other countries, which may have different data protection laws than where you live. We are committed to protecting your information as required by applicable law and ensuring that safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions are in place.

For example, if you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, your data may be transferred outside of these regions, including to the United States, via Firebase, AdMob, Facebook or AppLovin.
